REGISTRATION 2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR

Green Hope Elementary will register base students,

and rising kindergarten siblings of rising 1st through 5th grade current Green Hope students.

Kindergarten through 5th grade new student enrollment for the 2013-14 school year will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

 

Required Documents for Kindergarten-5th Grade Enrollment
·        Your child’s original birth certificate
·        Proof of your address (Signed Lease or Settlement             Statement AND a current electric, gas, or water bill)
·        A photo ID of the parent or guardian
·        Your child’s immunization records
