Computer Resources:

• Athena, the software program with which the media center is managed, is available on all school computers.

• Accelerated Reader, managed in the library media center, is on all media center computers and on all computers grades 2–5.  Internet access provided by the Wake County School system is available on all library/school computers.  Only students with family permission use the Internet.

• Electronic encyclopedias and magazines provided by North Carolina Department of Public Education come through NCWISE OWL. 

• Word processing programs are on all library/school computers.

• Individual student access to their personal student file is available on all library and school computers.
